16/3, 2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING The Swedish-Indian Society invites all memebers to the 2010 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TUESDAY 16 MARCH 2010 AT 19.00 HRS At Sensus Studieförbund, Room 401, 4th floor, Medborgarhuset, Medborgarplatsen, Stockholm * Program Annual General Meeting The proposed Agenda and Annual Report will be available on our website www.indien.nu Copies of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Profit- and Loss Accounts will be available at the meeting. After the AGM Ms Seema Dueland, Hand in Hand, will give a presentation of the wellknown organisation. Their objective is to eliminate poverty through enterprise creation and an integrated development approach.. For those who wish to dine, at own expense, after the AGM and presentation we have reserved a number of tables at the Shanti Restaurant, 5 minutes walk from Medborgarhuset, www.shanti.se A number of menus will be available at the meeting thus enabling you to order your food and drink in advance. This way the food can be served as soon as we are seated at the restaurant. If you wish you can also send us an email before hand, and we will take note of your orders.
